Rental bond for EHS persons

Advice for EHS sufferers:

The rental bond online service, within Service NSW has been kind enough to facilitate registration without the mandatory need for a mobile phone to obtain an SMS code.  They acknowledge that not everyone has a mobile phone and they have software that will now send an SMS code verbally to a land-line.  If you are experiencing challenges using this or any other NSW government service without a mobile phone because you suffer from EHS (radiation sickness), please raise the matter with Service NSW customer support, perhaps even cite the Bond Board Online service and simply use the line that you do not own a phone.  You may not get into the details of why.  If you get nowhere, remain calm and reach out to the NSW Dept of Justice, Anti-Discrimination who understand not everyone has a mobile phone and that EHS is a disability under the Act.
